Coaching and Executive Development
We will match the right executive coach with your team to help unleash their potential. All of our coaches are trained in coaching, personal development and psychology techniques and will make your team feel at ease. Sessions can be on an individual or group basis.
Graduation and Curriculum Assessment
All of our training curriculums (consisting of a minimum of 4 modules) are measured with pre-testing and post course assessment. We use an approved assessment by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). For management development programmes of 12 months or longer we can also offer course endorsement by ILM and graduation ceremonies.
Skills and Competency Testing
Know exactly where to focus your investment in training using our rigorous and proven assessments. We are able to assess the skills gap and training needs of your organisation. All assessments are measured in context of industry and organisational benchmarks using quantitative and qualitative research methods.
Our consultants can also assist in creating Learning and Development and Recruitment strategies based on these results.
Personality and Behavioural Profiling
Understand your team, what drives them and how to motivate them. Keeping your team happy and inspired will bring out the very best in them. We have a range of profiling assessments that will precisely pinpoint your team behaviours, how they work and how to interact better with others. Assessments are on an individual basis with a recommended team dynamics session to facilitate team harmony and productivity. These tools are the starting blocks of building a truly high performance team
We can provide training toolkits complete with specific tools and techniques that your team can practice to hone their skills after the training session. Toolkits are bespoke to your training needs and the training content.
